I asked for a legal tint level, but they installed a film that’s way too dark. I got pulled over just days later and received a ticket for illegal tint. When I called the shop, they denied any responsibility. Now I have to pay to have it removed and redone somewhere else. Terrible service and no accountability.
The staff seemed in a hurry and didn’t take the time to explain my options clearly. They rushed the job, left dirty smudges all over my car interior, and the tint wasn’t even cut evenly. I expected a professional service, but it felt like a quick cash grab. Wouldn’t recommend.
I had my car windows tinted here a few weeks ago, and I’m extremely disappointed. There are bubbles forming on nearly every window, and the tint already looks like it’s peeling at the corners. I went back to complain, and they told me it was “normal” and would settle over time—but it’s only gotten worse. Total waste of money!
