Friend ordered food over the phone and paid with a credit card. Was never told about the 3 percent charge and was never given a receipt to sign. Gave driver $25 tip in cash. Then found out someone added a $20 tip onto the credit card and signed a name that didn’t belong to anyone in the group. Was finally given a $20 certificate instead of the $20.00 cash back. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth for this restaurant.
Extremely disappointed. Placed my order in advanced and wasn’t even told about the 3% credit card fee, could’ve brought cash. Asked for extra sweet and sour sauce (homemade) for my FOUR egg rolls and received one little medicine cup of the sauce. When asked for more all I was offered was the generic packets of sauce. Terrible customer service!
Called 2 HOURS AGO to place our order, still no food. Have tried calling 4 times now and they aren't even answering the phone anymore. Thanks.
