We recently closed on a Dream Finders home with Golden Dog Title & Trust, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their team was organized, responsive, and kept everyone informed throughout the process. As a Realtor, I appreciate when a title company communicates clearly and stays ahead of potential issues. Golden Dog did exactly that. Every detail was handled efficiently, which made the closing smooth for both my clients and the builder.

Some of the nicest warmest people I’ve ever met. Every interaction has been friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant. I especially love working with and talking to the front receptionist, Sarah. She is kind, helpful, and always makes the experience feel easy and welcoming. (I also love how she decorates the front!) You can truly feel the personal touches, care and teamwork throughout the entire company. Highly recommend!!!!

Delays, then rushing all while making mistakes that cause additional delays and multiple revisions, waited too long in the waiting room arrived at 330 was did not start the process until 445 scheduled us for a cross town close at 4pm then was late to their own closing appointment had to make several revision to our loan docs (though that is on the mortgage lender “jet home loans”) they are all tied together though closed June 26th, love the home, loathe the process and bs
