HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY! Dropped off my daughters Varsity jacket 2 weeks ago, was PROMISED it would be ready for pick up before 10/6/19. Called yesterday 10/4/19 and was told it would be COMPLETED and ready for pick up Friday afternoon (today 10/4/19).. advised the lady I spoke with to call once complete, she stated not needed to send whoever in to pick it up in the afternoon.
