Quick and eassy!
A fine, human-centered dental practice. Dr. Burchfield is knowledgeable and skilled and friendly, as is his staff. He explains what he's doing, and I never felt he was trying to upsell me on unneeded work. Making appointments has been straightforward. And the finance director smiles and explains as you check out - no hard edge designed to extract every last $!
Dr. Burchfield is a wonderful dentist, but unfortunately many other staff members here are extremely judgmental and rude and will speak down to you. They also will sit and discuss their private life details with you which is extremely unprofessional while you getting an services performed. The new female dentist they have added won't even speak to you. She will come in and just speak to hygienist while checking any necessary teeth then leave the room. The problem we fixed has been fixed better than new, and a more serious problem and optimal treatment of a bigger problem i didn't know about has been resolved. Dr Burchfield's explanation of the problem and pluses and minuses of several options are mindful and thorough. I actually enjoyed the experience there and recommend Golden Dental Care without reservation!
While traveling to Golden I experienced dental issues that needed immediate care. Dr Burchfield and his staff went out of their way to fit me in and take care of my issue. Two days in a row they worked me into the schedule and provided exceptional care. I highly recommend this practice, you will not be disappointed.
