I wish I could give 0 stars. I had a zoom appointment today for 1:15 pm…logged into the virtual waiting room at 1:12 pm and waited for about 20 minutes, until I called the office to find out what was happening. Simultaneously, I got a call from the office, telling me Dr. Grumbs was running late, and would be with me shortly. I waited an additional 30 minutes. Called again, and got no answer. After AN HOUR of waiting, I called the office again via a different route, and magically got a reply. The young lady I spoke with told ... read more

Made an appt for a Vipeel, which Ive had several times at medical spas. I was told a consultation was needed...which was fine. What wasnt fine is being told Id have to schedule the actual service for another day. There was absolutely no reason the chemical peel consult and service couldnt be done on the same day. I was disappointed at her inability, as a business woman, to provide service to a competent client..esp when I know ppl arent banging down her door. I'll take my business elsewhere because of her lack of business ac... read more
