Had most disappointing massage yesterday with Yuki. Poor English, no personality, and not that friendly. Even used cold water to wipe off the oil. I guess not surprising since that seems to match her cold personality. Massage was not bad, but just an overall lack of good customer service. Sorry, I would not recommend Yuki. Miya/Mona are best at Underwood.

I called last night after work I came wanting to get just a massage. The girl was not happy and didn't massage me just rubbed her finger nails on my back for the whole 30 minutes. She wanting to do other things. When I asked for my money back she is lazy she kept saying she get no money because of the owner and I should tip her Why would I tip her for doing nothing.
