Tried calling and no answer. They then texted saying they had an appointment. When I showed up she said they were busy. I understand that maybe they cater to male clients but not happy with the lack of service received.
Had most disappointing massage yesterday with Yuki. Poor English, no personality, and not that friendly. Even used cold water to wipe off the oil. I guess not surprising since that seems to match her cold personality. Massage was not bad, but just an overall lack of good customer service. Sorry, I would not recommend Yuki. Miya/Mona are best at Underwood.
