Had an issue where my online order got lost, but Vince went above and beyond to make it right. He took care of the order and even did a little extra for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated. Stuff happens, but the way he handled it says a lot about the place. The food is always on point too. Their wings are easily some of the best around, and the cheesesteaks are top tier.
