Caring staff, clean facilities, excellent management. Residents are treated with love and compassion.
They took wonderful care of my parents in respite care. This was a last minute placement because our previous arrangements cancelled 2 weeks before we were scheduled to leave on vacation. Yolette was extremely accommodating and willing to take them. While there she had their haircut, gave them baths more frequently than we are able to at home. The staff was very patient with our mom, who can be quite the handful. I highly recommend Golden Cove.
Yolette and her staff provide excellent caregiving for their residents who receive constant and extraordinary care by a highly competent and professional team. My recently deceased mother enjoyed and was happy during her stay at GC ALF. She was always clean, hair combed, a water bottle at hand, special cream and ointment for her dry skin and sensitivity.
