I tried to go here for a basic men's hair cut. After waiting 20 minutes, some customer comes in, announces she called ahead and the owner agrees to let her go ahead of me. I reasoned my limited lunch time. Doesn't matter: Guy don't speak English and will give preference to mandarin speaking customers, particularly women (higher price cuts). I went to the other barber shop down the street, it was cheaper than the $18 this places charges.
