We limped into Kalgoorlie in our 2025 Triton on the 21st of October with a blown fuel pump. After listening to our situation, Jacqueline at reception of the service department understood our need to get our car back on the road as soon as possible. She was able to make our repair a priority and by the 26th of October, the part had been sent from the eastern states and our car was good to go. DO NOT BUY SUZUKI EV if towing. We just bought a new Suzuki Hybrid. They were told we wanted to tow a very small trailer for my wife's craft business. We asked about towing and availability of a tow bar. No answer. The car arrived We bought it only to find out after no help from the Dealership. NO SUZUKI HYBRID OR ELECTRIC has yet been rated by Suzuki Australia for towing anything! Let everyone know. Our trailer btw is a classic motorcycle luggage trailer. Loaded not 300kg. Overall, I had a good experience with Golden City Motor Service. The reception was friendly, communication and correspondence were good, and the service itself was handled well. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the cleanliness after the service. The floor mats were left dirty, with visible dirt from shoes. It would have been a simple but appreciated step to use a protective cover over the mats during the service and clean them before returning the vehicle.
