Only time will tell how long this Ford Service Centre remains with the existing staff at the service centre. Car kept for 1.5 days to replace the factory faulty glow plugs in a Ranger MY24 at 33K kms. No excuses for a small & routine workshop job. Very poor customer service. Take your business elsewhere. Do not buy a Ford vehicle from this dealership. I have had a faulty factory fitted roller shutter for 9 months and they can not fix it and will not replace it. They have blamed Ford Australia , who have blamed them as the selling dealer ...
Took new car in for its 1000 km first service and they ripped my seat and won't take responsibility for it. Trying now to see what else I can do to get it sorted. Definitely won't go to golden city motors service again
