Great dealership in Jackson Tn I got a Sangria Red Ford Escape, XLT with some extra's; very nice and was able to get the 0%, 60 months plus some rebate monies; pick it up tomorrow. Golden Circle Ford of Jackson Tn is a great dealer--please pass this along to corporate; lots of folks down here are for American companies. esp. since Ford did not cave to the Washington 'save-me' crats. Do not buy unless you want a lemon We were at the dealership for 6 ½ hrs and came home with a vehicle that is overpriced, filthy, smells repulsive, and full of issues. My instinct after waiting over an hr, for I have no idea what, was to leave. We have been looking for a vehicle for a few months and needless to say we were tired of looking and my husband was determined to buy something that day. The Anti-service Center Took my car to them for an alternator replacement. They quoted 300 for the alternator and 3 hours of labor. My extended warranty found a lifetime warrantied alternator for 200 and estimated the labor at 1.5. Ford told me that after my warranty paid I would owe over 400. I took my car to another service center and only paid my deductible. I've never seen anyone as happy to loose a customer as Golden Circle was. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
Disappointment Had a appointment to have my 08 Ford Edge in the shop, when I arrived I was treated awful, there was 3 people in the service dept, and NOONE even acknowledge that I was even in the building. I left without leaving my car, my time is special to me also. I`ll drive 2 1/2 hours back to my home town to get the repairs done, it`s a shame to have to do that but there they do treat their customers with respect.
Trustworthy Car Repair We bought our used vehicle here and a few weeks later had a major problem with the air conditioner. Even though we did not buy the extended warranty, they offered to lower the price on the repair. They gave us the cost we would need to pay and when we picked it up it was a few hundred cheaper than they said. The repair was done right and we were treated very fairly. I plan to do a lot more business with them.
