I received an identical letter. The offer amount is what I paid about six years ago. The timber value alone on this land is equal to their "offer".
I get a letter from these people who CLAIM to be RE professionals. They included an offer of 1/3 the original cost for property I had in PO County. They offered ~$24k, for property I sold a year ago for $174K as it was no longer bare land. So, get a decent RE agent, do not bother with theses scum sucking morons.
Like other's I just received an offer from them for my property which is way below what I paid for it. The offer was barely half of what the taxable value for the land was, when properties around me are selling for at least twenty percent over the taxable value. This business is just a scheme to buy land off people for dirt cheap then resell it for exorbitant prices.
We just got an "offer" for $34,000 for our "undeveloped land". Except that we have a home on said land. AND the offer was a factor of 10 low.
