They are always busy for good reason! The food is made to order and they usually remind you to take any sauces, napkins or utensils you may need.

You claim the Health Department spent four hours conducting an inspection. If your restaurant were truly clean, they wouldn't have spent that long—the fact that they did indicates that conditions are very poor. Don't try to deflect by asking how long inspections take at other places; poor hygiene is poor hygiene, plain and simple. Have you really not seen the reviews from other customers reporting food poisoning at your restaurant? Or are you simply choosing to ignore them?

I ordered food by phone tonight, and when I went to pick it up, I saw that the health bureau's score was only 90 points. I'm too scared to order from here again. The hygiene is terrible.

I remain amazed at the consistently tasty good food here! I’ve had nearly everything on the menu and always enjoyed every dish. They can make custom requests too but would stick to the way it comes and use their wife array of sauce sachets to tweak your dish! As someone who eats Chinese food all around the US each year while on biz trips - this food is spot on good!!
