Friendly staff, great food.
Very pleasant visit! My and my husband had our kiddos with us and the staff were SO friendly! They even gave kids little chick plushies! Amazing staff!
Would stop by again when I am in the area.
First and last time going. Staff was rude. Part of customer service is answering questions. First time customers usually have questions. But at Golden Chick, questions are met with disdain and resentment. Order was also wrong after going over it 3 times. Also, when ordering things from the menu, I was rudely told we can’t do that. Ummm, why does the menu list it then? Are you out of the product or do I have to play games to figure out why you can’t serve the items on the menu?
