I visited [Restaurant Name] around 4:40 PM and ordered a chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, the bread was cold while only the chicken was warm. This inconsistency in food temperature made for a disappointing meal. I'm not satisfied with my order and hope this was an isolated incident. I have been here twice and both times my food taste old. My jalepeno poppers were cold on the inside. I never got my drinks either time. I couldn’t go back because they took soo long I was late getting to work my break was over. The first time I thought everybody has a bad day but the second time was a never again moment
