Called in an order but the reception wasn't good so I hung up. I was shocked when I received a call from Kathy from her cell phone. Amazing! She was very sweet and took my order. Hot and fresh wings were ready for me. Thanks for the great service Kathy!!
Ordered regular chicken strips, got spicy. Ordered sweet tea easy ice, was notified they were out of ice as she handed me a sweet tea no ice. It was refrigerator cold, which I was ok with. Other places always let you know at the time of the order. Next time I go through the area and want chicken, I will go there again.
The Crew was amazing. Especially Larissa!! Had small hiccup in my order, but the way it was handle was very professional. They were extremely busy but never skipped a beat to take care of my order.
