I hardly ever get what I pay for, my order is 9 piece wicked wing combo all flats,fries and a large drink, what they always give me is 9 piece mix and medium drink they can never get it right.

The food is always delicious here and the employees are amazing and always courteous, I pulled up today and my order was being taken by an automated service AI chatbot that took away from my usual positive experience. I really hope they disable this and go back to having a real person , as someone who has consistently (to a fault) eaten at Golden chick for over 15 years I hope the business does not lose its charm and character to AI. Again the employees are amazing , this is my favorite location in Richardson
