I had to wait 20 minutes for my drive thru order and they still screwed it up. I paid for sides I didn’t receive. I WILL NOT BE BACK.
Something is seriously wrong with the staff taking orders. The guy seemed to ignore customers, and it was difficult to hear or understand what he was saying. I had to wait a long time for my order, and when I asked how much longer it would take, his response was rude and didn’t actually answer my question. The customer service was very disappointing and needs improvement.
I rarely ever leave a review but when you have great Customer Service skills like the Manager Geo which was training another guy by the name of Marlon shift lead they were very pleasant , professional, and respectful and made sure I was leaving as a happy customer I definitely will be back 10 out of 10 guys
