This is the worst golden chick I have ever been to in my life. The food is never hot or freshly fried. The chicken tenders tasted like they were fried two weeks ago and refried 1 hour before I orders my food. The people who work there can’t even pretend like they want to deliver an ounce of customer service while they have to be be at work. Whoever owns and manages this particular location should be shut down . I will always make the drive to go down to the one on Lake Forest.
Last night was very unfortunate I couldn’t eat here because of the rudeness of an employee. I understand everyone might not be have a good day, but a job is a job and customer service is very important role. Specially from customers who are purchasing from your franchise.
