Every time I come by everyone is very polite & professional. Excellent customer service! Food is always fresh & good!
4/23/26. First time here. Great fresh salad with tenders. Make sure you ask for an extra dressing s one is not enough. My wife had a two piece meal, the chicken was perfectly moist, the side of rice was spicy hot. It also came with a bun, make sure you ask for butter. If you eat inside don’t sit next to the chicken egg game as it sounds off every five or so minutes and you’re wondering what the funky chicken is that? Alright guys. I have been going to this location for a while now and my order is frequently wrong. I don't want to be rude but this is the 3rd time in less than 10 visits that I have had my order wrong. I'm sure that the staff would correct my order, they are always very friendly, but I'm already home after an 11 hour shift and I do not want to drive back. Very friendly and efficient team behind the counter
Why write a review for a fast food place? Because this Golden Chick location rocks it, that's why. Never had a bad experience here. The food is always hot and fresh, the service is friendly, and they have never gotten my order wrong. Not once. These days fast food can be hit or miss, but this place hits every time.
