Drive thru very rush. Couldn't make my order like I wanted. I wanted 3 pieces roasted with thigh, leg and breast. I got 2 wings, thigh and a breast. I don't care for wings. Face to face the lady attitude wasn't cheerful more like rush me out of the drive thru.
I had recently ordered a family pack on the app and unfortunately my pick up time was during a terrible storm that knocked out this location’s power (9/21/25). Because of this, they were unable to fill my entire order (it was a big order). The people working during the storm were so kind. They took down my information and suggested the best time to come back for my order and then sent me home with some complimentary chicken and rolls that had just been cooked. It was so appreciated. The spicy chicken wings, with extra spice powder, was yum,mouth watering and very different from the wings in other Fast food joints.
