Next time you go to Golden Chick in Lagrange make sure you check your food I order a six piece tender got a four and they were cold... Just got today and worth $17 4/2/26
My boyfriend brought home the 12 piece family meal with chicken strips I thought everything tasted okay but the chicken did seem somewhat overcooked little did I know I was food poisoned and throwing up and sick all night in the bathroom don't waste your time with this place take your money elsewhere it was an absolute awful experience
I always appreciated the level of customer service and consistency of the food at Golden Chick. I was having a bad day (car in shop and stressed) a few weeks ago and my order was wrong (totally understandable mistake). They went out of their way to make my order right and help cheer me up.
I went through drive through ordered a 6 piece tinder’s took 15min just to get my order drove 15miles back to the house and I only had 3 tinders! Paid for 6 got 3 y'all need to check ur order before leaving the drive through unexceptionable do better!
