First time visit. All was excellent!
customer service was great, explained throughly on their prices and what deals they had. Though I would say it wasn’t worth the price we paid for. We barely got anything within our meal and the tenders were smaller than expected. 17$ for this is kind of crazy. Great employees tho.
The lady taking orders was super nice! However the wings and jalapeño poppers I ordered were cold and still frozen. When I took them back in the food was taken directly to the manager and as I watched him get the food he started getting all upset. I couldn’t hear what he said but once he turned and saw me watching him he changed his attitude. We made an unplanned stop for lunch a few doors down from this location at a similar chain. After being ignored by the 3 employees for several minutes (completely avoided eye contact), 2 of which walked right past the counter where we were standing without acknowledging us at all, another stirring a bowl of sauce a few feet away.
