It never fails every time I go to this location in Balch Springs my order always gets messed up. When you call and speak to someone they always say bring the food back they will redo it I shouldn't have to redo it if you do it right in the beginning. They have a bunch of lazy people work up there. You asked for spicy they don't give you spicy. When you ask for regular they give you spicy it's like they don't care like they not caring what they give you. My last time going to this location

Visited this location 30 minutes prior to closing. Arrived home & realized my order was not prepared as requested. Contacted the restaurant and spoke with Angel (the name provided) who continued to state “if you bring the order back we will see what we can do.” Angel continued to state “we can’t give you free food,” as if that was the request.
