I'm new to the area, and I have been here twice in one week. Each time has been a good experience. I've gone through the drive-thru every time, and Janet (I asked her her name) was working the window both times. She's been very nice and accommodating each time. Food has always been hot and fresh. It's hard these days to receive good customer service, and Janet is on point every time. Thank you, Janet, for caring about your customers. I'll be back.
Pulled up because I thought the building looked interesting when I drove by yesterday. Decided to check the Google reviews before going in as it was dead at noon on a Tuesday. First 20 newest reviews were all 1 or 2 stars. All the same complaints and problems. Apolgies from management but clearly no work being done to fix the problems. Decided to find fried chicken elsewhere. Might be time for a house cleaning of management and staff before this place goes broke.
