**Update. Spoke with location and they will replace one of the meals.**The 4 stars for service was for the young lady at the drive thru window, she was very kind. Okay, the 0 to1 star issues! Ordered 2 meals, neither one was correct. Both had the wrong type of chicken, was not what we ordered. The sides on one was correct but was not the best. Small store, so drive thru...man was nice/friendly. New black cherry limeade had no ice OR limeade! Chicken strips were great. Fries were blah.
I had a great experience at Golden Chick today! The food was hot, fresh, and clearly made to order. Everything in my large order was prepared correctly and tasted great. Zeke provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was kind, patient, and very thorough while helping with my order. Went on 4/29 at 9pm. Drive thru service was extremely rude and unpleasant! I barely go here and he was rushing me through my order. I wanted sweet tea but they said they didn't have anymore so i was thinking of what i wanted. He was rushing me so i just got a water. Charged me for my extra sauce but failed to five me it. I was gonna go inside to get the sauce but the doors were locked. Locking the doors an hour early is ridiculous. I had to tell a customer trying to go inside that the drive thru was open.
