I went in there today and there was nobody up front waited for somebody to finally come up and take my order and it was a rude Mexican lady who the most she can do after I’ve been waiting for 14 minutes is have the worst attitude I will not suggest golden chick to anyone the worst customer service I’ve seen and I asked to talk to a manager and she said she was the manger with outstanding disrespect I wouldn’t even do a star if I had that option because why does a restaurant have a manager who has no customer service ain’t ya... read more

Waited at the menu for about 10 minutes just to order, . When I finally got to the window, it was slammed in my face and I was told to pull up for shrimp and a salad and waited 20 minutes no exaggeration After waiting even longer, I had to go inside and remind them I was still waiting. My food was cold by the time I got it. Went through the drive-thru today around 1 PM and had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor and the employee taking my order sounded annoyed and rushed the interaction. When I tried to ask a simple question, they responded with attitude and didn’t seem interested in helping. It made the experience uncomfortable. I hope management takes action and works on improving customer service because it really makes a difference.
