Good food and nice customer service and plus free ice cream for people to dine in and those tenders are so good

I have been to Golden Chick in Terrell tx twice since they previously opened and every time they give me mash potatoes instead of gravy. So apparently they haven't learned the difference between the two.
they got my togo order wrong twice the same visit orderd chicken strips rung up fish got that changed ordered regular chicken breast got home they gave me roasted chicken is was not fit to eat gave it yo my dogs it costs me 18 dollars because they hire help that don't understand English they need to do quality control I will not go back
Service from manager rude. Stop early few minutes before they open an knock several times on window to see what time they open and manager turn around and ignore me. Went inside at 10:30 when they open and manager rude, did not say thank you or welcome at the beginning. And when I was ordering lady in phone.
I go to Golden Chick about once a week. Although the service is sometimes slow I usually get good chicken but lately I've gotten old fries and my chicken is not hot. They take way to long in the drive thru to get old fries and chicken. I'll be going there less.
Very bad service, rude employees. Last 2 visits the order was wrong. Called to complain and the manager would not give her name and hung up on me.
I have gone here many times but NO MORE. The manager is rude and talks over you at the speaker. Way over priced and very small portions. The catfish....ha, ha the strips were as long as my finger For $8.00 and somthing.Thats just bad business. He will give you what he wants to give you. Watch out for your change back ????
Suppose to of been roasted chicken it had so much red pepper we could not eat it the dogs neither they won't answer phone wasted $22.00 it was nasty help
