This place is always out of something and skimp on what they do give you. $50 in chicken and these are considered family size. Good luck getting rolls with your order. Update: saw I made a review 7 years prior. Went back and they shorted our order. How do you order 2 mac n cheese and short 1? Like, you seriously have 1 job. 20 PC chicken, 2 large mashed potatoes and 2 large mac n cheese. Is it really this complicated?
Gerardo’s customer service makes this place the best Golden Chick I’ve been to. He fixed the mistake without giving me a hard time. Customer service is a big deal to me and he was very kind and polite.
