Do not waste your money here!!!!!! Waited 30 minutes for 9 wings I never received. Was double charged. I was told at 8:50 my wings would be ready in 10 minutes at 9:15 I finally told them give me somthing different the staff was laughing on cell phones. Poor poor service corporate needs to step up and fix this store in Royse city tx

Food is hit or miss, but when it's good it's good. Otherwise dry, stale, shriveled, etc. my first time going there, I saw a worker vaping at the front counter which is wild to me. And she said "what you want?". That's just shows the lack of work ethic and basic customer-facing values that are reasons you're employed to begin with. Besides that, wish the chicken was Spicier but the hot sauce from Fuzzys makes it better!

1 STAR — Extremely disappointing experience at Golden Chick in Royse City I came to this Golden Chick on August 5th and was made to wait over 14 minutes for chicken. When I finally received my order, it was incorrect. I attempted to call the restaurant more than four times over the following two days, and no one ever answered the phone.
