I wanted to leave a positive comment about a young man named Juan you handled that situation very well. No one deserves to be talked down to at their job. I’m a weekly customer and witnessed a very unpleasant encounter where another customer, who works for the postal service, was belittling and harassing him. She was also asking for personal information that was completely inappropriate and made several unnecessary threats, even questioning his legal status.
