Went and ate there recently! The food was wonderful! The customer service was horrible! First of all they did not give us enough napkins. When I went to the counter to ask for more, each employee acted like I was bothering them. They acted put out for the fact that we were bothering them. The “free” ice cream that was in the lobby was almost empty. Only filled barely the top of the inside of the cone. To me, customer service is taking care of your customers.
