They say a whole soliloquy script before you get to order and then they rush you to order. It's way too slow to get through here.
I said in a drive-thru for about 15 minutes No one came to the speaker there was a car already at the window did nobody respond to me so I drove off that golden chick suck it always out of chicken and they never respond to you when you talking through the speaker when you drive up they are not at the window I just drove off
I really want to like this place, I grew up going to Golden Chick enjoying fresh baked rolls and tenders, but this location ain't it. The past three visits my order has been wrong in some capacity. Save yourself the misery and go to Ricky's Hot Chicken down the road.
Edit4/27: I guess the amazing service only happens on the afternoon shift and not the evening shift. None of them seemed to care, took them 10 minutes to take my order with no other customer at all, was told to pull around to the front (zero customers at all), and when they brought my food they were swinging/throwing it around which mashed everything together.
