Just picked up my chicken and it was undercooked. You could even tell it in the texture of the inside of the chicken. Tried to call and cant get an answer. Had to put it in the oven and cook it myself.
This review is moreso focused on the customer service rather than the food. So on Aug 7 my grandmother had a heart attack and is currently still fighting for her life. My cousin works at the Golden Chick on Jacksboro Highway and I told my mother to call up there and let her know what was going on. Easy enough, right?
