I ordered a $6 box with two pieces of fried chicken a starry drink and a cup of ice on the side. When I notice that the price was 10 something I ask the lady in drive thru if she can switch it to the 2 piece chicken combo meal since it’s just a couple of cents difference. I told the lady in the blue shirt that I might as well change it since I didn’t want the mash potatoes in the $6 box n I can actually choose what I really want with the meal. I ordered two combos and the person at the drive thru charged me for the sauce. Clearly she doesn’t know how to do her job as she said she charges everyone. I told her and showed her that online you can pick whatever sauce and you don’t get charged. It’s also on the drive thru board menu! I said that I had gone to other locations and you always get the sauce with the combo. It’s ridiculous as her attitude was super rude.
