Absolutely horrible service , fast food shouldn’t take 30 mins to come out. Then the food is still not fresh. the speaker does not work and full of kids. nobody is in uniform, 100 percent unprofessional. Corporate needs to take over at this point.
Big Uber delivery and specifically requested zing sauce instead of gravy... They sent zing packets... Nothin' like dry chicken I guess.
Visited March 31. The drive thru speaker was broken and had to use the second window as the first window was blocked with card board and was extremely dirty. The place looks dirty and neglected. Ordered and waited for my food for 20 minutes in the drive thru. Staff was friendly but the food is not up to par with what the meals I’ve had there in the past. Disappointing visit, I hope they get it together. As they have a lot of room for improvement.
I just went here and the lady that helped me out on this particular day provided stellar customer service to me in a time of need. She was patient and she was kind and she was also willing to help me out in any way that she could and she really did and I appreciated it so much. Also the food was absolutely amazing I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and then I got fries and they were both very delicious. I will definitely be back to this location.
Pedí el paquete de doce tenders mitad picoso y mitad regular los tenders que me dieron era pura pedaceria y ahí estaba la manager por cierto muy poco profesional pedí un side de okra estaba tan dura y fría que no se podía ni comer pregunté por una cuchara y me dijo que no tenía que solo tenedores fui por uno y había solo tres, cuando le dije que el pollo estaba horrible se disculpo y dijo que por eso los habían dado pollo de más por que eran pedazos pequeños aparte que era la freidora ósea ?
