I've been here a couple times, and find their customer service really poor. You don't get greeted coming or going. I guess that could be fine if they were nice at all. But my boyfriend and I went recently, and you just have to stand at the counter and assume that the cashier is ready since they won't welcome or acknowledge you first. I asked if it was cheaper to do this or that, and instead of a verbal response, the cashier just pointed. I decided I'd call and let the manager know, but noticed she didnt have a name tag. The chicken stripe was not hot and crispy, no flavor.
Food was bad today , 6 dollar fried chicken and the tenders tasted undercooked/sour . 13 dollars down the drain . Ordered at drive thru at 10:33 am or so.
