I'm always out searching for the next best fried chicken joint out here in North Texas, and I think I found it (until I find the next one, that is!). Very small joint but boy oh boy, the chicken here is fantastic. I tried the 3 tender combo, spicy and with fried okra and a dinner roll on the side.
