How is this restaurant in business? The place was filthy, not a clean table and the floor hasn't been moped in a very long time. No rolls, no ice cream machine, no shrimp (even tho it's on the menu) no unsweetened tea in the lobby. One of the servers was wearing house shoes, and don't bring in your kids the language was not family friendly. SMH I am shocked they have a franchise most Golden Chicks I've been to have been outstanding
Ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos. Waited 15 mins. They ran out of chicken patties, gave us tender sandwiches. Tenders were cold and we were not offered other options, but this wasn't what we wanted.
