My transition to a replacement caravan was managed smoothly and efficiently, thank you Gary and your team
I rang Golden Castle asking if they could fit a motor mover before I went on holiday in a couple weeks time, to my amazement they told me to bring the caravan down, leave it with them and they would find a slot and do it. I can’t thank them enough, amazing customer service, in was so impressed I booked the van in for its annual service straight away.
What an amazing experience we had from start to finish from Golden castle. After choosing the caravan we wanted when we came to collect it it was presented beautifully and Gary demonstrated it very professionally, nothing was too much trouble for Gary explaining everything and answering all our questions, so we would like to say a big thank you to Gary and all the team at Golden Castle and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Good courteous service. Good choice of caravans, sensibly priced. All staff very helpful and always fully prepared to take the time to listen to any issues raised in order to to achieve an acceptable resolution. Have been a regular customer with this firm for over 20 years and will remain so.
