Their customer service is excellent. I had a few issues with the programming of my automatic shades. They came to my house 3 times with a senior technician to fix it. No complaining, no hesitation, no trying to talk me through it on the phone. They came to my house… and the owner Jorge came each time! Also, they are coming back to do some wire management for me on the hub that controls the shade’s because they didn’t have the wall mount on the truck. They don’t have to do that, they could mail it.
