The staff and owners at Golden Carpets is outstanding, professional, understanding and most important listened to what I wanted. The designer Elicia really knows the product and provides great input while not being pushy in sales. Very friendly and great communication and followup to any questions I had. The owner Julie is great very friendly to work with as well. The showroom has many choices, designs and is laid out well. Very pleased I picked them for my shades. Looks fabulous.
The installers were great! They did an excellent job installing and cleaning up. I highly recommend them.
It was a very good experience with the Golden Carpets. The Elicia ( designer ) is professional and tried her best to help us. The installation wokers are good ( nice and clean ). Overall it is a good team to let our house looks more beautiful and elegant. Thank you for your great job!
