my husband had a cleaning appt at LTC . 11-1am was the window period given him. I went to the LTC to be present during the procedure. 12pm I called office what time is the hygienist coming to his LTC, I was told shes on the the other LTC. OK. 1pm came, I waited @ the designate treatment room of LTC for another hour, no hygienist . I decided to bring back back my husband to his room on the 2nd floor, there the hygienist, on her cell phone waiting. Special shout out to Farshad the denturist who came to directly to the nursing home for my 90 year old grandma. I saw a flyer in the the nursing home and called Golden care. So I didn't know what to expect. But Farshad was amazing!! He treated her with such dignity, kindness and respect. But most of all he didn't rush and answered all the questions we had. The staff was terrific. Kind and patient. The dentist especially with my mother takes her through everything with such patience and respect always including her in the procedure with explanations
Mom is in a care facility and needed a tooth extracted. The visiting Golden Care dentist had a small room set up in mom’s facility. The procedure went great! X-rays and a tooth pulled. The dentist was kind, clear, caring and talented. Mom was concerned before hand but was praising him after it was completed. No pain. Mom was in her own wheel chair for the procedure; such a blessing.
