I am not one to write reviews, but do not go here , they are the absolute worst they send you people basically off the street that are not certified they give you the run around my son was supposed to receive 6 months of therapy and only got 6 weeks , I repeat do not go here !!@

I have had a very poor experience with Golden Care. There has been a total lack of communication regarding my child’s services; phone calls go unanswered and emails remain ignored. We have been without a BT for two months with zero updates from the team. I regret choosing this agency and would not recommend their services to other families.

I have been approved for ABA services for a year now and still haven’t not received 1 session. I keep getting the run around that they are trying to train someone for my area. Yet I have paid for virtual evaluations nd same for my insurance, and I keep getting emails saying I had a bill due. I HAVEN”T EVEN RECEIVED ONE SESSION Yet!! How do I keep getting bills.
