This Place needs to be shut down now they changed their name to River City Care Center about a year ago but there care is still horrible not safe place we had to move mom after ending up in the hospital!!! Do to there neglect.
Horrible, poo on bathroom floor, floor sticky like pee, didn't give meds till 1:30, due at 7-10. I would keep my loved one before I send her back to this place. Moved loved one asap.
