Expectations Exceeded! First and foremost I try support local and small businesses in Temecula Valley. What precipitated a call to Golden Cal was a J-arm bracket attached to the center top garage door flexing whenever the door is opening or closing. More importantly, torsion springs hasn't been replaced since 2008. Fast forward Alan assessed the entire system and spend a good portion of 2+ hours. Allen is amazing. I was having issues with my genie door opener after replacing multiple parts. Allen came to inspect everything and got everything working right. He took the time to go over how it works and things to look for and showed me how to do minor maintenance on the hinges etc. Very happy with his knowledge will definitely be using him when I need help with my garage door in the future
