I bought my dress on Mother's day and the staff were friendly and helpful. I got a good discount too! I'm looking forward to getting it fitted but it's over a year before the big day still so I'm not going to have it fitted for about 6 months or so. I think the dress is absolutely beautiful and a fantastic price. I'm so excited!!!

This morning they told us to come by 2 pm to pick up the dress Now it is 3 pm, the store is closed, and we knocked on the door and tried to call them on the phone for one hour! Update: by pure chance, while driving by the store on our way home, we've seen a guy leaving the store, and got him give us the dress.

Run as fast as you can from this store!! Do not shop here, this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. We purchased three bridesmaid dresses a few months back, we werent told when they came in and when we finally did get to go try them on they were not the right sizes despite taking our measurements. They were all approx 5 inches too long, and one dress was three inches too small in the top. They actually accused us of lying about the sizing and that our one bridesmaid had gained three inches in her chest... read more
