Arrived the night before for a noon appt pick up. There is limited overnight parking. They open up at 7am. I checked in as soon as they opened up. They took me right away. Everyone was friendly. I was loaded with BOL in hand at 9am.
RUNNNN! In my top 5 of worst companies to come to. Very small lot, congested, unorganized and they don't honor appointment times. Arrived at 12:36p for a 1p appointment. Three hours later and I'm still no closer to being loaded. Worst company ever! 🤬🤬🤬.
My experience with a pickup, I arrived 10:30 for a next day noon scheduled pickup. I stayed overnight on their parking lot. No one was bothered until i wake up. Peanut pick up was made at 176 rip Wiley rd. Right down the street from where I was(155 rip Wiley). Connection was lost when I’m in side my truck, but if u will be able to walk 2 or 3 feet it will work. That’s what I’ve done. So next day 10:00 am I checked in & got a door right away, checked out by 12:20 pm , which is 20 min after my appointment time. Overall experie... read more
Appointment 12 pm, arrived on time, took over 4 hours to get loaded. Never again.
2pm appointment show up on time get door right away but finished 8pm worth place
