I love the food and old school appeal.... it's hard to find any Chinese food in San Diego this place is five stars. Try it you will not be disappointed - Eric Goldberg
We love this place. We learned to love it. We find the hardworking family who works 7 days a week amusingly different. The food is good and consistent and we like it's eccentric ways. The negative reviews should not color your opinion. Get over your big important self, and give the place a try.
We tried this place despite the negative reviews. It turns out, the other reviewers were not wrong. The food came out cold as though they had cooked it 20 minutes ago and let it sit in the kitchen. It took so long that it is actually possible that is exactly what happened. Though there was only one other table when we were there, so there was no real reason for the delay. I was ready for a kitschy experience with decent food. I got a tedious experience with mediocre food.
Horrible food, cheep service,rude lady owner. Dirty, table, plates, glasses.Barely brought rice and when we asked for second bowl, she yelled at us and said she will charge. No ice in drink, sink water. Just plain horrible. Absolutely bad in every aspect you imagine.
This is the worst Chinese food ever tried.
