I purchased a permanent bracelet a year ago, and after it broke off (my own fault), Erin Was kind enough to see me on short notice and weld my bracelet back on in a matter of minutes. She is so meticulous and his attention to detail, which I really appreciated since I had a chain that is sort of tricky to lay flat with charms on it. I can not recommend enough! I have had my first Golden Bond bracelet for over a year, and just got my 2nd in October because I have been so pleased with the quality. The team running this company goes above and beyond, provides excellent customer service, and they are involved and generous with local non profits. All of this makes supporting Golden Bond an easy yes for me!
The whole team was fantastic during our entire experience! From helping us pick chains that would complement previous jewelry to just chatting while getting our new pieces fitted, Golden Bond was a top-tier experience. Lexie even offered to resize an old chain at no cost just so I'd be 100% happy with the final look. Not to mention we got to meet Cash, the cutest mascot dog ❤️
