Taara welded my first permanent bracelet in sterling silver, which has held up wonderfully in the shower, pool, and weather. The vendor market was about to wrap up, but Taara was extremely patient and ensured the correct length for me. I had a wonderful experience with Golden Bond. They have fantastic customer service and Lexie, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and truly amazing at what she does. Golden bond is so pretty inside the store, the jewelry is beautiful and it takes a short amount of time for the permanent jewelry. I got an anklet that I loved and the Lady is really nice and welcoming. Definitely will be back for other jewelry!
I’m generally not one to leave reviews but today at Golden Bond Jewelry, I received EXCEPTIONAL review worthy service by Erin. I purchased a permanent bracelet a year ago, and after it broke off (my own fault), Erin Was kind enough to see me on short notice and weld my bracelet back on in a matter of minutes. She is so meticulous and his attention to detail, which I really appreciated since I had a chain that is sort of tricky to lay flat with charms on it.
