I’m generally not one to leave reviews but today at Golden Bond Jewelry, I received EXCEPTIONAL review worthy service by Erin. I purchased a permanent bracelet a year ago, and after it broke off (my own fault), Erin Was kind enough to see me on short notice and weld my bracelet back on in a matter of minutes. She is so meticulous and his attention to detail, which I really appreciated since I had a chain that is sort of tricky to lay flat with charms on it. The whole team was fantastic during our entire experience! From helping us pick chains that would complement previous jewelry to just chatting while getting our new pieces fitted, Golden Bond was a top-tier experience. Lexie even offered to resize an old chain at no cost just so I'd be 100% happy with the final look. Not to mention we got to meet Cash, the cutest mascot dog ❤️
I came in to have my anklet’s clasp removed and welded on my ankle. The whole process was quick and pretty cool to watch. Very welcoming and chill environment and the woman was very nice! I’d definitely recommend coming here for all your permanent jewelry needs. :)
