I can honestly say, Professional Trainer Raquel Bethel is the best!!!! I traveled from Palm Beach Gardens Fl. just to work out at this establishment. Why? RAQUEL KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING. One example is, I hurt my knee very badly while playing with my niece an nephew. I decided that I will live with the pain but I was wrong. Personal Trainer, Raquel massaged the pain away and now I am pain free. She also knows how to train you and get you in shape. I 1000% recommend this Certified Professional Trainer.
